I'm Brian. West Virginia kid, Hampton Roads since 2001. I used to pastor. Then I got into land and home sales and never really left the work of helping people unpack a dream.

I run Fit Realty so agents have a place to fit - training, coaching, a team that drops what they're doing when you need help. I co-own Custom Homes of Virginia with Kenton McClung. Jami works design and staging with Tracy. I started SimonHouses so buyers here had a local place to look. Vacant land is still my lane: 20+ years working dirt in this market, with a strong network of engineers for land development. That's Mr New Homes.

I wrote The Real Estate Journey because talented people blow up year one and disappear year two. Systems, grit, money, the mind game. I'm not selling easy. I've gotten my butt kicked. Suck it up buttercup, then get a coach and do the work.
